The Marriage Shop | Women’s Conference at The FactoryFranklin, TN

The Factory at Franklin is one of my favorite ways to spend a Saturday! Honestly, some of the best coffee I’ve ever had, donuts that speak directly to this Daughter‘s soul, and the dreamiest Farmhouse antiques to be found in the City. We discovered this quaint treasure shortly after moving to Nashville, and we haven’t been able to stop going back! Although I would (and have!) gladly visit for the aforementioned reasons alone, Kel is more satisfied with the reality that the majority of our trips to The Factory have in fact had us wearing many hats in addition to Consumers. That list now includes Photographers (a handful of events for our friends at City Farmhouse), Educators / Presenters (a workshop for business owners on visual marketing), and most recently added, Vendors.

Last week, we set up a mini version of The Marriage Shop for the women attending the Abound Conference, and it was such an honor to have our products among such good company at one of our most beloved locations! It was also an incredible privilege to meet and speak with so many wives who appreciate the need for simple reminders/tools to keep our spouse and our marriage front and center and avoid inadvertently letting it slide beneath all of the day to day demands for their attention. That is the very heartbeat behind our mission… Marriage matters. Let’s be intentional in finding sustainable ways to nurture and care for it.

Speaking of intentionality, we debuted five new sets of our mini cards at the conference. These everyday sentiments are a favorite year after year! Because they are so simple to use. And because their tangibility ensures that meaningful words will linger well beyond the moment of a transient articulation. Our line up now includes sets that have been specifically crafted especially For Him, For Her, for The Vow, for Restoration, and for Date Night. We’ll be taking a closer look at our exclusive mini cards and the inspiration behind each of the expressions in the weeks to come. In the meantime, you can shop the entire collection here.

Special thanks to this dear friend of mine, Shane, for joining me at The Factory for two days to represent The Marriage Shop! Typically Kel would be there at my side, but at a women’s conference it just felt right to invite another wife whose heart echos my own. This lady is amazing, y’all! I’m so blessed to have her as a friend.
